5 Ways--To Reuse Empty Cereal Boxes

My family generates at least 1-2 empty cereal boxes a day.  So, I feel great when I am able to do something beneficial with them.

First of all, cut open the seams of the cereal box.  The box should look rectangular and ready to use.

  1. Use it as a paint pallet to mix colors and have handy for the kids art projects.
  2. Create a picture on it.  Use it to color on or paint on.
  3. Make stencils with it.  I even use my CRICUT to make stencils.  You can also cut your own.
  4. Keep the box in one long piece to use as protective cover during messy projects (play doh, paint, etc)
  5. Cut the boxes in shapes, cover them in fabric, make your own notepads, or note pad covers.
